The Katie Hammontree Whitlow Fund has been established to honor a precious young lady who lost her battle to Leukemia on December 20th, 2007. After Katie's death, many wondered how they could honor someone who showed us all what true love for the Lord really is. Her grandfather, Senator Dr. Don Thomas, set up the Katie Hammontree Whitlow Fund. The Fund's primary purpose is to spread the gospel. We hope the Katie Hammontree Whitlow Fund's website will serve as a daily destination for reflection, testimonies and scripture. Remember to keep this Fund and Katie’s vision in your prayers and as Katie once told a friend, "By all means tell someone about Jesus."

 How do I become a Christian? 

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."  John 3:16

Pray this prayer:  “Father I come before you to confess my sins and ask that you forgive me of them.  Wash me clean!  I ask that you come into my heart and change my life.”

 The Holy Spirit has now surrounded you.  The Bible says that we are to believe in Him with all of our heart!  Get a Bible and begin reading it.  You’ll find all of life’s answers will be in there.  Tell another Christian what you’ve done, if you don’t know another Christian, find you a Church and tell the pastor.
